Services Offered
I offer a variety of child care options to choose from that range from full time care 4-5 days per week right down to occasional drop-in/ temporary care. You can find my fees for each type of care listed below.
Payment Options: I offer two payment options for all monthly clients; either full payment on the first of each month OR semi-monthly payments on the first and fifteenth of each month. All drop-in fees are to be paid at time of drop off.
Closed all Stat Holidays. This includes: New Years Day (Jan. 1st), Alberta Family Day (third Monday in February), Good Friday (Friday before Easter Sunday), Victoria Day (Monday before May 25th), Canada Day (July 1st), Heritage Day (first Monday in August), Labour Day (first Monday in September), Thanksgiving (second Monday in October), Remembrance Day (November 11), Christmas Eve Day (Dec 24th), Christmas Day (Dec. 25th) Boxing Day (Dec. 26th).
In the circumstance that the stat holiday lands on a Saturday or Sunday the day home will be closed either the Friday before or the Monday after, this will be on a case by case basis and will be announced no later than 2 weeks prior to the holiday.
Personal days & holidays: Every effort will be made to schedule personal appointments for after day home hours or while coverage is available. Unfortunately this is not always possible. In the event that an appointment is not able to be scheduled for after day home hours or while coverage is available as much notice as possible will be given as to the time of the appointment and if the day home will be closed for the whole day or as to the time the day home will be closing for the day in question. I close the day home for three weeks per year for vacation time, one week to be taken the week between Christmas and New Years and the other two to be taken throughout the year; this time will not be discounted from your monthly fees as it ensures your child's space within the day home.
5 flex days will be available to the day home provider for appointments, school volunteering, etc. per year. These days will be taken sporadically throughout the year with as much notice given as possible to you the client. No refund will be given for these days.
Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday 7:00 am to 5:00 pm (later hours/ weekend care can be arranged on a case by case basis)
Rates: (Include breakfast, lunch and afternoon snack)
Monthly Spaces:
$750 per month (Full time) 4-5 days per week
$550 per month (Part time) 3 days per week
$450 per month (Part time) 2 days per week
*A deposit of 50% of the monthly fee is required to secure a space along with a filled out contract. Please note this deposit is held and placed against the fees for the last month of care.
Drop-in care:
$30 per day (Half day) up to 5 hours of care
$50 per day (Full day) 5-10 hours of care
*Drop-in fees are due at time of drop off.
**Please be advised that drop-in clients are liable for late pick-up fees just as monthly clients are. These fees are charged as follows: $1 per minute late past the pick-up time and/or closing of the day home. All late fees inquired are due at the time of pick-up.
Before and after school care:

**Before & after school care is only available for a limited selection of schools at this time, please contact to inquire if your child's school is included on the list.
